This Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting and talent acquisition in support of hiring activity for our sales team. This is a hands-on talent acquisition position for an energetic recruiter, able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Management of the recruitment processes for junior to senior level positions across several departments to include:
  • Proactive candidate sourcing
  • Pipeline creation and maintenance
  • Hiring manager partnership
  • Candidate engagement/cultivation
  • Candidate evaluation
  • Hiring evaluation
  • Offer extension/candidate negotiation
  • Diagnose key issues and challenges during the recruiting process and work with hiring partners to effectively drive them to resolution 
  • Utilize creative sourcing approaches to build and maintain pipelines 
  • Actively participate in decision meetings through demonstration of business/functional knowledge and effective talent evaluation
  • Generate, analyze, and communicate standard recruiting reports, including assessment of progress to date, projections for future productivity, diagnosis of potential problem areas

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience
  • Experience with Workday ATS desired
  • Experience using video interviewing technology desired
  • Direct sourcing skills to include proactive pipeline building
  • Experience with behavioral / competency based interview processes and candidate evaluations
  • Ability to diagnose root causes of recruiting/staffing problems and effectively implement both strategic and tactical solutions
  • Ability to establish credibility with senior-level internal clients through strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong business acumen, excellent technical industry knowledge, and superior communication and presentation skills are required
  • Ability to manage processes and projects to completion within defined time parameters
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of completeness and accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
