Senior HR Manager (Field/Workforce)
RigUp is hiring a Senior HR Manager who will primarily be responsible for managing all human resources functions and initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle for the RigUp workforce. RigUp’s workforce is comprised of specialized and highly skilled workers who deliver services to our customers at a job site in various industries. This role will partner with business leaders and collaborates with team members in other functions.

What you'll be doing
- Manage a team of dedicated HR specialists in various US locations who are supporting the workforce within RigUp’s operational verticals (oil & gas, construction, maritime, renewables).
- Oversee compliance for the onboarding of field workers from a work authorization, employee record requirements and employee record retention.
- Responsible for employment law compliance such as required postings, employee handbooks, policies, paid time off and sick leave policies required in jurisdiction, etc.
- Ensure a consistent and compliant approach to employee relations issues, investigations and recommendations across all verticals.
- Partner with corporate functions (talent management, total rewards, M&A, sales team, etc) for development of workforce talent strategies based on workforce trends in order to attract and retain the workforce.
- Examples include benefit plan design, compensation and salary structures, acquired company integration plans, etc.
What you should have
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or similar
- 5+ years experience working in a dedicated human resources role in oil and gas, manufacturing or construction industries
- Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
- Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws
- Demonstrate solid judgment ensuring integrity, compliance, and confidentiality
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with proven ability to organize and analyze data
- Willingness and ability to travel to field locations as needed (25% travel)
