We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team in the US. You'll be responsible for working with managers to hire exceptional people that can help us deliver our mission of putting affordable and accessible healthcare into the hands of every person on Earth.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

• Work closely with leadership from first-line managers up to C-team, driving cutting edge recruiting strategies/solutions to attract the right talent into the company, fueling our growth to change the way health care is delivered.
• Work with our Product & Technology Talent Acquisition team helping us build recruiting processes to create world-class experiences from the ground up.
• Ability to help us build an engineering center of excellence in Austin

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• A good understanding of technology - you should understand technologies like React Native, AI, ML, Ruby so that you can identify candidates who can help our teams achieve their goals.
• Experience working for a scaling organization where processes, roles and responsibilities are more fluid than in a corporate environment.
• Working with a sense of urgency 
• Staying organized
• Providing data & weekly updates to all of the hiring managers that you support 
• Ability to effectively source and engage passive candidates through various recruiter tools
• Iterating recruiting strategies based on applicants & passive outreach response rates
• Ability to drive a world-class candidate/hiring manager experience
• Regularly manage a req load of 10-15 reqs 
• Bringing new innovative ideas to a small collaborative recruiting team
• Ability to drive hiring managers & teams to hiring decisions promptly
• Desire to develop into one of the most strategic recruiters in tech
