Responsibility as a Sr. Recruiter:
The HotSchedules HR/Recruiting team focuses on providing an amazing experience to past, present and future team members. In joining our top-notch recruiting team, with you'll be charged with proactively sourcing candidates for Sales, Software Engineer, Product Engineer, QA Engineer, System Engineer, Business Analyst, Database Administrator and UX/UI Designer, who will bring an entrepreneurial spirit, a service driven attitude, and a creative, out‐of‐the‐box idea maker who is passionate about all they do. You will be responsible for guiding these candidates through our hiring process and introducing them to the exciting opportunities ahead of us.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Experience using an ATS; Jobvite preferred.
- Work closely with Development hiring managers to define job descriptions, recruiting strategies and optimal candidate profiles.
- Ability to identify "fit" and aptitude.
- Experience recruiting for a broad range of technical positions including Software Engineer, Product Engineer, QA Engineer, System Engineer, Business Analyst, Database Administrator and UX/UI Designer.
- Consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide and receive quality status updates.
- Solve problems & produce solutions by gathering and evaluating given data to identify alternatives when circumstances change.
- Solid networking skills; market yourself and HotSchedules into the passive candidate networks throughout various markets and industries.
- Keep team members involved in work by sharing information and status to stakeholders, coordinating work cross‐functionally as necessary.
Experience with the following is a plus:
- Experience in effectively recruiting via social media tools (LinkedIn, Facebook, Google+, Twitter)
- High volume recruiting experience desired.
- Ability to convey HotSchedules’ core values and promote our image/brand to prospective job seekers.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of high-tech recruiting experience in a high growth, team oriented environment
- Previous experience recruiting for a software or technology company (SaaS preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills; verbal and written.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Highly motivated, self‐driven, conscientious individual who is detailed and organized.
