Talent Acquisition Manager

OutboundEngine is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager. In this role, you will manage full cycle recruiting and help us to grow our team and build our future! WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process: scout talent, attract, and recruit employees for all positions
  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters
  • Closely collaborate with hiring managers (primarily the heads of Engineering, Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations and theCEO) to define required skills and backgrounds for open position in our Austin office
  • Identify creative sourcing channels/events and networking opportunities to attract new talent
  • Manage advertisements and posts in appropriate media and social networking sites to attract candidates for all positions as needed
  • Act as a brand ambassador for OutboundEngine and help create awareness of our hiring needs in the community
  • Help OutboundEngine navigate the competitive landscape for hiring a variety of technical and sales talent
  • Responsible for vendor management
  • Track and report monthly performance to the VP of People

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting with bonus points for prior experience in high-growth startup and/or inside sales heave company with an employee headcount of 200+
  • Ability to demonstrate past success hiring high volume and/or quickly ramping new teams in a short period of time, preferably technical talent and inside sales
  • Experience recruiting for technical roles, including engineers and product managers
  • Experience partnering with and supporting hiring managers through full cycle hiring process
  • Experience managing and/or mentoring a team of recruiters
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, volume and metric driven environment
  • Strong working knowledge of utilizing LinkedIn, Facebook and other social media channels to build effective recruiting and networking strategies
  • Experience managing candidate pipelines using an ATS, Greenhouse or equivalent preferred
  • A self-directed, detail-oriented and exceptionally organized mindset
  • Bachelor's Degree ( okay, not a MUST, but preferred)
