As the Talent Acquisition Manager for Sysco LABS, you’ll manage the people and processes related to our full-cycle recruitment process, as well as play an active role in filling jobs. You will actively work to develop and champion the full candidate experience, ensuring it is reflective of Sysco LABS’ culture and attractive to top talent.
Essential Functions:
Manage and support the Sysco Labs TA team – currently consisting of one Recruiting Coordinator and a Tech Sourcer.
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to fulfill current and future staffing needs. Build sourcing strategies to engage and maintain passive candidates across all open positions.
Create and own the full cycle recruiting process for a variety of roles, with an emphasis on engineering, product development and technical talent.
Actively partner with hiring managers to understand needs, set goals and engage the right talent. Be a subject matter expert on the requirements and profile for each job requisition.
Continue to build and develop hiring metrics that offer insight into relevant hiring data as we scale. Partner with our corporate counterparts to offer data for Sysco-wide reporting.
Establish and improve the candidate experience process, maintaining a level of self- accountability to follow through in a timely manner and ensuring inclusiveness.
In partnership with people operations, conceptualize an employer brand that is reflective of our culture and attracts target candidate pool. Mobilize to implement an employer brand strategy.
Develop training programs pertaining to interviewer training, sourcing strategies, career events and recruitment process.
Collaborate with people operations to shape and design an onboarding process that transitions individuals from candidates to high-performing and highly engaged employees.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
6 years’ technical recruiting experience for engineering and product roles in a fast- paced, high volume environment.
2 years’ experience as a recruiting lead or manager.
Experience in the technology industry to understand relevant skillsets, target companies, conferences and communities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a startup environment.
Experience with applicant tracking system (ATS) implementation.
Experience with an ATS system, preferably JobVite or Workday.
