We are excited to bring on an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to our growing team in Austin, TX! In this role, you will have the opportunity to help grow our amazing Sales team and bring in people that will continue to shape our unique culture. This is an awesome opportunity to make a huge impact on the future of R365!
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruiting for our Sales team.
- Manage 15+ open requisitions at a time.
- Conduct phone screens.
- Coordinate interviews and all candidate communication.
- Work closely with managers and the department head to effectively fill open positions and plan for future hiring.
- Manage job postings using external, internal, academic resources, and social media.
- Attend recruiting events.
- Maintain accurate hiring records to identify trends and report analytics.
- Maintain and build relationships with hiring managers and their teams.
- Ensure the highest quality of candidate experience through entire process.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
- Hire awesome new R365 team members!
Skills/Qualifications
- Previous recruiting experience, either Agency or In-house (both is a plus!)
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience recruiting for Sales roles
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong interviewing skills
- Clear, effective written and verbal communication
- Time management and ability to prioritize tasks
- Great interpersonal skills – it’s all about people!
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Stellar negotiation skills
Plus Skills! (preferred by not required)
- Paylocity HRIS/ATS experience
- SaaS company experience
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Certifications such as PHR or SPHR
