We are seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a Recruiter on our Talent Acquisition team at Enverus. This role will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and top talent for the company with a primary focus on sales recruitment to support our Sales department's high growth recruitment needs as well as our technology hiring needs. By partnering with our leaders, you will help to support the achievement of Enverus' goals and strategic objectives.
Performance Objectives
- Ability to understand complex job descriptions and create a supporting recruitment strategy utilizing a variety of resources and tools to include passive recruitment methods
- Partner with other Talent Acquisition members to drive the Sales team vigorous hiring initiative
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
- Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
- Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of screening questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Ownership of all assigned requisitions. Given the growth we are experiencing this may average around 20-25
- Development of a pipeline of sales talent for future needs
- Ensures an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities
- 5+ years of recruitment experience with a strong focus in sales and technology recruitment is required. Other areas include executive-level recruitment, accounting, finance, and marketing preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet weekly deadlines.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Experience with an ATS system, preferably Jobvite
- Excellent attention to detail
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
At least five 5+ years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred .
