Managing and improving the candidate experience is the foremost focus of Talent Coordination Specialist and is far more than coordinating calendars. We are looking for a thoughtful and fastidious individual to support our recruiting operations and employee onboarding here at Cart.com.


In this role, you will be responsible working with Talent Partners and People Operations to deliver an amazing candidate journey and onboarding experience. You will own the coordination and scheduling of candidate interviews and debriefs for our most important, top priority positions as well as manage our referral candidate pipeline, owning the full circle feedback loop between our Talent Partners, referral candidates and those who referred them. You will have the opportunity to help create and improve process that impact Cart.com’s candidate experience as well as to assist in Talent Operations, Onboarding and Talent Tool(s) Administration. Responsibilities

  • Work with Talent Partners to create a seamless and memorable candidate experience 
  • Own coordination and scheduling of candidate interviews and debriefs 
  • Ensure pipeline accuracy, assist Talent Partners with moving candidates through the ATS identifying those who have stalled 
  • Manage referral candidate pipeline, coordination and full circle feedback loop 
  • Partner closely with People Operations to ensure a seamless hand-off and employee onboarding experience 
  • Manage external job board postings
  • Work cross functionally to help organize and executing recruitment related events and guerilla marketing campaigns 
  • Evaluate processes and recommend solutions to improve candidate experience and efficiency 
  • Assist with Talent Operations & ATS administration duties 

Experience

  • 2+ years working in high volume staffing/recruiting related as a coordinator or admin 
  • Experience mastering calendars and creating scheduling magic, coordinating multi-part, multi-team interview panels 
  • Demonstrated superpower solving problems, asking questions and driving clarity 
  • Experience of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Previous exposure using ATS and/or HRIS tools 
  • Politely persistent with the abilities to keep others on track 
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized 
  • Stellar time-management and prioritization skills 
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, establish trust and credibility and act with complete integrity; aptitude and proven ability to resolve conflicts creatively and collaboratively 

Bonus Points

  • Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business, or related field 
  • Experience working in a rapidly-scaling tech company or software startup

Our headquarters is located in Austin, Tx at the address listed. The majority of our roles are flexible hybrid for employees who live within the cities where we have offices and remote for employees who are not located in those cities.
