About the Role:

We are looking for a full-cycle recruiter to build both technical teams across the company. 

Recruiting talent requires hard work, magnificent communication, a real passion for the company and a natural ability to connect with a variety of people. We believe that a recruiter is more than a metric - you will contribute to high-level business conversations, solve problems around company growth, and identify individual motivations to align them with team wants and business needs.

What you will do:

• Build and maintain strong pipelines for high-demand roles 
• Manage multiple requisitions and hiring managers 
• Coach, influence and partner with managers on all hiring needs
• Evaluate motivations, strengths and team fit as well as provide a world-class experience for each and every candidate
• Stay current with relevant news and talent trends in technology 
• Manage recruitment process from interest to offer
• Represent Evernote with integrity and confidence

What you have done:

• 5+ years of professional recruiting and sourcing experience in technology 
• Scaled teams at both early and late stage companies
• Sourced and recruited hard to fill roles within the Bay Area and Austin, Texas
• Obtained a BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
• Worked with Greenhouse (a plus)
