Technical Recruiter
Digital Turbine is searching for a Technical Recruiter who will provide a full suite of recruiting services from sourcing to delivery of diverse candidates. The incumbent will align with the key leadership team to understand recruitment needs and collaborate with leaders, HR and Global Talent Management colleagues to translate those needs into talent acquisition strategies. A successful candidate will be a strong consultant that influences talent acquisition strategies through their deep subject matter expertise and knowledge of external talent markets to inform staffing decisions
Responsibilities for the Technical Recruiter:
- Drive exceptional candidate experience through every touch point in the recruiting process and ultimately closing top candidates.
- Establish open communication with hiring managers to determine recruiting needs, assess talent availability in the internal and external talent markets, and develop recruiting plans and strategies.
- Develop and maintain effective recruiting networks to source diverse slates of top candidates through multiple channels (i.e., social media, college and job fair recruiting, conference attendance, trade journal use, and relationships with agencies and vendors).
- Advise business leaders and hiring managers on labor market information/trends and how such trends impact talent acquisition.
- Influence business leaders and HR Partners in process efficiency and prioritizing roles or markets for increased focus.
- Screens, selects and secures candidates for a wide range of technical positions, including senior level and technical positions.
- Coordinate interviews, perform reference checks, establish and maintain rapport with candidates.
- Ensures all pre-employment screening is complete and candidates are cleared for hire.
Required skills for the Technical Recruiter:
- 5+ years of Corporate recruiting experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a technical recruiting role within an Agency Recruiting team or Recruitment Outsource Provider.
- Expert client and candidate relationship management skills.
- Expert and utilization knowledge of sourcing methodologies, tools and media.
- Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Technologically savvy, with an excellent proficiency in Windows and Google based technologies.
- Proficient in working with applicant tracking systems and demonstrated ability in database management and Prior experience recruiting for non-exempt.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent follow up skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Preferred experience for the Technical Recruiter:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Prior experience recruiting in the Ad Tech space.
- Proven ability to interact and build relationships with candidates and all levels of the organization, including Senior Management.
