About the Position

Over the last few years, Rev has built a solid foundation for a University recruiting program. We’ve built strong relationships with the Computer Sciences departments at the University of Texas at Austin, MIT, and UC Berkeley and have had proven success in our engineering hiring with these institutions. As Rev continues to grow we are looking to multiply our efforts to additional schools and continue to build awareness around the Rev brand. This is a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally with our SVP of Engineering, talent acquisition team, and our engineering department to really define our engineering brand and continue to build partnerships with universities across the U.S.

Who we’re looking for

We are looking for a hybrid recruiter/program manager that will lead the vision and execution for all things University Recruiting. We want someone who is passionate about candidate experience and is very detail-oriented. Rev is in a high growth phase with big milestones on the horizon. We are eager to hire someone who is ready to take ownership and be on the ground floor of an amazing company and team.

Responsibilities

• Manage all planning and execution logistics for multiple career fairs throughout the year
• Build a strategy for Rev’s university recruitment and intern program
• Foster university relationships to help strengthen Rev’s brand on-campus 
• Identify and participate in diversity outreach efforts and participate in relevant student organizations
• Plan several Rev sponsored recruiting events for students throughout the year

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant university programming oversight and experienced management
• Experience in establishing relationships with university program gatekeepers across various schools with a focus in technical undergrad programs 
•  Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn, and G Suite
• Outgoing personality 
• Ability to travel frequently in order to adequately support all university and recent graduate programs
