What We Are Looking For: This Sales Development Manager will play a pivotal role in helping shape and grow our GTM team. This candidate will have a hunger to develop others, be a strategic thinker, and have a successful background in a SaaS sales role. If you are passionate about growth, process optimization, and career development, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a rapidly growing company.

You will:

  • Manage a team of Sales Development Reps and SMB Account Executives as they grow our customer base and expand our outbound sales strategy;
  • Work with SDRs and AEs in managing the strategic direction of customer accounts;
  • Use data to evaluate our outbound prospecting strategy and identify the most relevant opportunities;
  • Help build and lead our outbound prospecting motion, and its success;
  • Run the onboarding process for new SDRs and AEs, guiding them through a certification process


Job Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years experience in SaaS Sales Development, previous experience managing an SDR team is a plus;
  • The desire to manage the professional development of SDRs and AEs as they progress in their careers;
  • A desire to work at an early stage company and have a significant influence in our Go-to-market approach;
  • Proficiency in sales tools like Clari, Salesforce, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.


This is a full-time, in-person position in our Austin, TX office.
