Last year, the world experienced the most significant pandemic of the modern era, and the way brands do customer service will never be the same again. Analyst firms like Gartner & Forrester have taken notice of this shift, which has resulted in a new technology category called Digital-First Customer Service Platforms. Sprinklr is a major player in this space, and in our Analyst Relations function, it’s our job to show analysts why.
What You’ll Do:
- Project manage our application to Digital-First Customer Service evaluation
- Help drive us to submit the required application questionnaires, including developing materials to submit the briefing
- Ultimately, helping Sprinklr become recognized as the premier Digital-First Customer Service technology in the market!
What you’ll learn:
- Project and time management
- How to work with and navigate analyst relationships
- How SaaS companies, including Sprinklr, market themselves
- Writing & Editing skills – ability to succinctly summarize key findings in a space-restricted template
- How Sprinklr works and what our product can do
- A dive into the SaaS industry
- Experience presenting to senior executives
