Join us for our summer 2021 internship program for an experience you’ll never forget! Sprinklr’s internship program (SIP) is 12 weeks of remote work focused on giving you opportunities to learn new skills by tackling real challenges we’re facing. Beyond those professional skills, you’ll have the chance to work with Sprinklr’s product and become CXM certified. We’ll be hosting opportunities for you to connect with leaders, learn professional and personal skills outside of your day-to-day work, and establish relationships with the rest of our amazing intern class!
Sprinklr is hiring three Professional Services Interns to join our team. Ideal candidates are seniors who will be graduating in Summer ‘21. Sprinklr is looking for people who demonstrate a passion for the social media technology universe, are energized by solving client challenges and commitment to client delight and have strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
What You’ll Do:
- Learn Sprinklr’s product by attending a short series of Sprinklr product courses and shadowing your mentors through the customer’s lifecycle with Services.
- Take your learnings and apply them to a unique customer scenario.
- You’ll present on the customer’s journey throughout the provided scenario detailing:
- What success looks like
- How to mitigate risks along the way
- How the overall experience with Services shapes the long-term success and satisfaction of our clients
What you’ll learn:
- How and why Sprinklr is important to the success of our customers
- How to implement Modern Engagement and Listening workflows for a Sprinklr customer
- Customer journey mapping and where/how/why each stage of that journey through Services aids in customer success
- Understanding of how Sprinklr works and what our product can do
- A dive into the SaaS industry & pricing strategies
- Experience presenting to senior executives
