Contracts Administrator, MAPS

What you’ll be called: Contracts Administrator, MAPS

What you’ll do:

Support the KW MAPS Coaching department by reviewing and processing all client contracts and billing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle all client billing for MAPS Coaching programs.
  • Follow established processes to record all client contracts.
  • Process all contract changes, including updates, holds and cancellations.
  • Ensure compliance with contracts and that all deadlines and conditions are met.
  • Maintain CRM, ensuring data is accurate and updated.
  • Run reports as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1 or more years of administrative or finance experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 or more years of experience processing contracts.
  • Strong attention to detail.
