The Role

An experienced Director of Marketing to lead and oversee the development and execution of a fully-integrated marketing strategy. The Director of Marketing will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of integrated marketing, branding, lead generation and qualification, and company communications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain and execute demand and lead generation plans aligned with business goals.
  • Develop lead generation content - must be skilled in content creation supported by SEO/SEM optimization and PPC strategy.
  • Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing tasks and workflows.
  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance.
  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and initiatives to promote tradeshows, roadshows, user conferences, webinars, and other engagement events;
  • Manage marketing and communication elements including public relations efforts, print, direct mail, social media, email marketing, and website strategy;
  • Manage paid media strategies, including paid search, paid social, and syndicated media buys;
  • Design and implement sales and CX enablement;
  • Prioritize media opportunities, prepare talking points, presentations, and other support materials for the leadership team, as needed;
  • Hire and lead the marketing team. Establish and monitor staff performance and development goals, assign accountabilities, set objectives, establish priorities, and conduct performance reviews; `

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience
  • 2+ years of experience managing people in a marketing department
  • University degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • Experience in construction technology is highly desirable
