The B2B Marketing team is in search of an Account-Based Marketing Manager who will be responsible for crafting and implementing ABM Marketing plans for strategic and enterprise-level accounts in partnership with Sales and the Account Management teams. The focus is on the highest value accounts to drive pipeline acceleration, product adoption, and renewals. The ABM Manager is also responsible for interfacing directly with Sales/Account Management leadership, account owners and requires strategic marketing leadership, cross-team, and organizational teamwork, excellent communications and project management skills. This role will build integrated, account-centric marketing programs across our Care@Work products. The ideal candidate has an understanding of how to market to different personas within an enterprise organization, and the creativity to define use cases most likely to drive revenue (usage) within strategic accounts. The Account-Based Marketing Manager will have experience operating in verticals as well as planning and performing one-to-one ABM and ABM at scale.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and lead a comprehensive account-based marketing strategy targeting our premier Enterprise accounts and specific customer segments (HR administrators, CHRO, and employees), working with partners such as Sales, Account Management Customer Success, and Product Marketing teams
  • Drive pipeline for new business and increase revenue from existing clients via engaging, fabulous, and the most effective ABM programs
  • Build and complete a thoughtful and effective marketing calendar in order to grow customer adoption and usage
  • Measure campaign performance pacing against the plan as well as return on investment
  • Develop and lead marketing and advertising campaigns, including working with internal creative teams and external agencies (campaigns include a range of tactics such as digital advertising, print advertising, direct mail, and email campaigns)
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure positioning and promotion is aligned and effective
  • Incorporate regular campaign testing in order to gain insights that will help optimize programs
  • Establish goals and set targets to measure the success of programs for the market segment and own reporting for all things ABM
  • Working with communication managers, identify and advise what needs to be communicated in the market segment, based on research, competitive positioning, and value propositions, and delivered through marketing plans
  • Partner with business areas to implement and gain adoption of programs in the field and at the account-specific level

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or validated experience
  • 5+ years marketing experience, preferably in Account-Based Marketing or customer-focused experience
  • Ability to build value propositions and messaging strategies (an expert storyteller with a solutions-based approach)
  • Ability to develop strategies for crafting a pipeline for new offerings as well as upsell, cross-sell, and growth opportunities via creative ABM campaigns
  • Ability to analyze information collected from win/loss interviews and pipeline behavior (conversion rates and velocity) to detect breakdowns in the marketing and sales process
  • Ability to link product launches to organizational campaign themes and goals
  • Critical thinker with strong writing, communication, presentation development, and delivery skills
