As creative services manager you will be responsible for building out Kami Vision’s creative team and operations, including partnering with creative and marketing stakeholders to help define and maintain the brand identity and all the ways it comes to life across public platforms. You will build and lead a creative team, spearhead the branded design of campaigns and compelling content, develop the end-to-end process from intake to delivery, maintain brand identity, and develop creative assets.

What you’ll do:

  • Translate our brand values, customer insights and product benefits into innovative creative content designed to reach our target audiences, drive growth, and support the strategic initiatives of the business.
  • Develop and co-create the vision and operating model for Kami Vision’s creative studio.
  • Lead a team of creatives and partner with marketing to help shape the creative org and brand identity.
  • Oversee best in class design for social, mobile, email, video, web, event, printed deliverables – for both business and consumer audiences.
  • Formalize a system for creative requests and optimize the top-of-funnel intake process.
  • Build and maintain key relationships with marketing partners by demonstrating a deep understanding of integrated marketing models and a commitment to delivering design that gets results.
  • Ensure the creative team’s adoption and implementation of both consumer and B2B design best practices.

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of creative marketing or advertising experience, within a startup or high growth environment a plus.
  • 2+ years experience managing and developing creative talent 
  • Demonstrated creative talent (portfolio review) and exceptional communication skills, with demonstrated knowledge of multi-medium design 
  • Experience with the latest consumer and business design trends that could impact Kami Vision and our audiences. 
  • Experience organizing and managing teams through the end-to-end creative process.
  • Deep knowledge of the creative process, specifically in areas such as design, conceptual advertising and production.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with proven ability to quickly understand complex project requirements, briefs, and recognize potential risks and dependencies relevant to resourcing
  • Excellent interpersonal and people-management skills.
