AffiniPay's Demand Generation Manager will have the opportunity to make a notable impact by joining an emerging team within our Marketing Department that will help guide the strategy and execution of all growth marketing business initiatives at AffiniPay. As the Demand Generation Manager, you are someone who has both a marketing- and business-oriented approach to decision making, as well as the experience as a hands on practitioner of campaign management, and succeed in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Paid advertising experience in LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google Ads, and other programmatic platforms
- B2B growth marketing experience, lead generation; strategy + execution
- Business analytical approach to marketing
- Omni-channel media planning experience
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing or Advertising, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in G Suite, project management tools, as well as other collaborative web based software
- An ability to collaborate and work independently in a busy environment
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
- Motivated, team player, with a high level or marketing comprehension
- High aptitude and desire to learn new skills in an agile environment
- 3+ years of social campaign management experience
Requirements:
- Working closely with the Social Media Specialist to plan, launch, and monitor paid campaigns in Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other programmatic media platforms
- Management of lead generation programs including webinars, content syndication, direct mail, and other direct marketing initiatives
- Ongoing management and optimization of campaigns aligned to business goals and KPIs
- Working with Marketing Ops team to ensure all tagging and tracking of campaigns
- Working with the Demand Generation team and executive leadership to gain a holistic view of business growth
- Working with MarCom and Design teams to identify or create appropriate creative materials for various campaigns
- Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reporting on campaign performance
- Constantly stay on top of platform improvements and new offerings within all social media platforms as well as educate the team on these changes
- Marketing automation, CRM, CMS
- Google Analytics,conversion tracking/tagging experience, GTM experience
- Data visualization experience (Power BI, Tableau, Datorama)
- Data analysis and management
