Position Overview:
Kendra Scott seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist who will support all paid digital marketing efforts, including affiliates, SEM, CSEs, display advertising, paid social and SEO. The position will execute strategies across all channels that support both customer acquisition and retention and partner with the Digital Marketing Manager on the development of a forward-looking strategy. The position will report to our Digital Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Actively manage all of Kendra Scott’s digital marketing channels
• Deep dive on channel performance and develop recommendations to drive incremental sales
• Manage tactical elements of programs, including designing tests, sharing key marketing and promotional messages with agencies, requesting creative assets
• Track performance against KPI goals and report performance to senior leadership
• Partner with Digital Marketing Manager to develop benchmarks and set goals
• Track spend against marketing budget
• Identify and launch new paid marketing channels to drive overall sales growth
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing for a high-growth company
• A proven ability to execute with consistent delivery
• High proficiency Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and/or Omniture preferred, but not necessary
• A strong ability to build relationship with co-workers and keep others informed
• A growth mindset: desire to learn, grow and embrace new ideas
