A bit about you..

You have a strong track record of building and executing high-performing campaigns, developing and mentoring collaborative teams, and hitting targets in a high-growth environment. You have had past success creating and managing budgets, successfully forecasting pipeline, refining audience targeting and both understanding—and thriving—in a growth-stage B2B SaaS/technology startup environment.

A day in the life…

  • Own the full funnel cross-channel B2B demand generation strategy, campaign planning and execution across key audience segments and channels
  • Partner with key stakeholders to create alignment across sales, marketing, and operations on campaigns to drive pipeline and revenue growth
  • Analyze weekly data and reporting metrics across campaigns and activities to deliver consistent and consumable insights into performance against KPIs, and using that input to optimize campaign performance and conversion
  • Demonstrate an understanding of market analysis, trends, themes, and personas to develop campaign activation plans and recommendations on content assets and digital strategy
  • Effectively manage the demand generation budget and ROI across multiple channels and programs
  • Recruit, manage, and lead a diverse, high-performing demand generation, digital, events and marketing operations team
  • Contribute to advertising, landing page and email writing, content strategy (content campaigns, webinars), and partner closely with product marketing on sales enablement programs and assets
  • Manage SaaS revenue growth across both a lead generation sales motion and a PLG acquisition motion

We would love to hear from you if this sounds like you…

  • 8+ years of marketing experience, B2B/SaaS marketing experience preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in demand generation, growth/acquisition marketing
  • 3+ years leading marketing teams
  • Track record of success partnering with stakeholders including sales, sales ops, product and other marketing teams to deliver results
  • Proven demand generation and growth marketing strategist and leader with a track record of hitting goals using diverse channels and tactics
  • Demonstrated data-orientation to continually focus on testing and learning, and using data to deliver insights and enhance decision making
  • Demonstrated sense of ownership, project management capabilities and operational rigor that shows in how you build plans and manage multiple moving parts seamlessly to hit tough targets
  • Excellent communication and storytelling capabilities with a positive and collaborative mindset
  • Strong organizational agility and partnering capabilities
  • Curiosity, creativity and experimental test and learn mindset with a love of problem solving and ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Strong familiarity with marketing technologies and systems including google analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, Demandbase, and beyond
  • Experience recruiting, negotiating with and managing a variety of vendors

Location

We are growing the Austin location to about 50 employees by the end of this year and we are looking for a brand-new office space in central Austin.
