We are looking for a full-time Director of Demand Generation to join our team. This role might be right for you if you are a talented data-driven Demand Generation Director who can deliver world-class reporting and analytics that show how marketing programs impact revenue. You expertly define and track key metrics and develop relevant dashboards. As an experienced director, you understand what it means to truly partner with sales and sales development teams to develop a high-touch marketing strategy that engages enterprise accounts and enables you to hit a 7-figure pipeline target. Your execution of ABM plans is flawless, you have mastered the tools and technologies to do it, and you're ready to apply your skills in a growing, mission-driven organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop, execute and analyze demand generation campaigns and promotions across a wide spectrum of acquisition and upsell channels to deliver revenue at or above monthly targets
  • Work with Sales and Sales Operations teams to track and manage lead flow and increase conversion rates at each stage of marketing and sales engagement
  • Grow new leads (including MQLs) - especially in target international territories - by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers)
  • Ensure timely deployment of initiatives and project success by managing stakeholders, calendars, budget, timelines, and processes
  • Champion OnlineMedEd's Account Based Marketing (ABM) efforts, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and other key stakeholders in the strategy development and execution of account-based strategies
  • Manage key performance indicators and budgets for demand generation programs to ensure spend is allocated to the highest-performing marketing tactics, including budgets and deliverables of third-party agencies and freelancers
  • Provide executive-level transparency to demand generation results in weekly, monthly and quarterly views

Qualifications You'll Need

  • 4+ years of experience leading demand generation efforts
  • 1-3+ years of ABM program experience
  • Experience managing a team of direct reports and outsource agencies
  • Knowledge of and familiarity with HubSpot
  • Ability to forecast the marketing funnel to ensure campaigns are measured and optimized across the buying cycle and align with sales targets
  • Ability to present results in consumable formats including dashboards, reports and data visualizations
  • Ability to build relationships with functions outside demand generation, such as marketing, sales, and product management
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior project management skills
  • Self-motivated disposition with a bias toward action; you won’t be afraid to step in when needed
