Director, Digital Marketing & Analytics

What you’ll do:
Digital
- Build a strategic roadmap for our website and digital footprint for Zello to drive discoverability, continuous evolution to grow traffic, optimize pipeline generation and conversion
- Ownership of SEO strategy and incorporating in content strategy
- Devise and execute digital paid strategy for all inbound traffic including SEM, social sites, directory/review sites, industry association assets
- Incorporate website personalization experience to drive greater rates of conversion
- Build martech stack needed to support digital marketing and reporting
- Collaborate with marketing team to support campaigns and initiatives with strategic microsites and landing pages
- Ensure digital strategy and assets are compliant with company, State and Federal privacy guidelines
Analytics Reporting
- Develop and maintain dashboards to communicate weekly/monthly/quarterly KPI performance on all marketing programs
- Track and report inbound and outbound demand generation ROI and contribution to the business
- Lead attribution management
- Pipeline analysis
- Drive data driven decisions for marketing mix and investment
What you bring:
- 10+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in B2B software, with at least 5 years working on website optimization, SEO, website lead capture, UI/UX improvements and more
- Expertise in SEO and SEM strategy
- Deep experience with Hubspot or other CRM
- Experience building measurement for marketing programs
- Detail and solution oriented
- Data driven
Education
- Degree in Marketing or related field, and/or relevant professional qualifications
- MBA preferred
