What You'll Do:
LogicMonitor is disrupting the observability market and changing the way businesses take disparate sources of data and turn it into action. We are already a leader in this space - and we started by solving the hardest, most complicated problem first. With roots in the IT Infrastructure Monitoring space, we are on an evolutionary journey heading toward what’s next - unified observability. Our platform enables enterprise resiliency through data insights from the infrastructure, network, and application. As we enter this next phase of growth, we are in search of a Director, Marketing Operations.
As Director, Marketing Automation and Operations; you will will own the development and management of marketing dashboards and the optimization analytics for each stage of the marketing funnel, to deliver clear views of marketing metrics by segment and channel. As part of the Business Operations & Growth Strategy team, you will be integral in aligning marketing activities with broader Go to Market strategies.
This role provides plenty of opportunity to make your mark at LogicMonitor through developing and improving core marketing processes; including optimizing lead flow processes between marketing, sales, and channel, architecting essential campaign and program workflows, delivering regular business analytics to the executive management team, and supporting the Go to Market team on various business processes.
Here's a closer look at the duties in this key role:
- Define and manage marketing analytics that will measure all aspects of the marketing lead generation engine - e.g. full funnel view, campaign effectiveness, SLAs with sales and sales operations, overall business performance, database hygiene, and more
- Lead continuous improvement of reporting automation stack to surface real-time reporting and insights to marketing stakeholders
- Own development and application of attribution frameworks to optimize ROAS and LTV:CAC metric
- Organize and guide key marketing stakeholders to forecast campaign performance in accordance with budget in order to accurately forecast marketing's ARR contribution to the performance and inform Marketing's funnel, pipeline and ARR targets.
- Own lead scoring optimization and lead distribution methodology to ensure quality leads flow to sales for further qualification and increased conversion rates
- Lead and deliver marketing pipeline forecasts on a regular cadence and own marketing inputs needed to develop the Marketing Contribution Model (MCM) and Revenue Contribution Model (RCM)
- Use strong analytical skills to create marketing dashboards and reports that accurately communicate marketing effectiveness and impact, as well as areas of opportunity
- Support CMO with marketing spend forecasting
- Conduct campaign and channel ROI reporting and analysis
- Architect marketing best practices, including maintenance of campaign and nurture workflows, program builds, and associated reporting metrics
- Build and scale repeatable business processes to continuously improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Proactively identify and drive analytics to support team performance objectives
- Participate in Marketo optimization, as well as support various integrated systems such as Salesforce, Full Circle Insights, Qualified, Zoom, BrightTalk, and other data augmentation sources
What You'll Need:
- 8+ years of experience in a marketing operations role or similar position in the B2B tech space; Experience with SaaS marketing operations is a plus.
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing direct and/or dotted line reports
- Advanced user of Marketo marketing automation system and Salesforce CRM
- Excellent communication skills that help translate complex data sets into productive discussions and actions
- Innovative, motivated, and organized team player
- Process and quality orientation with extreme attention to detail
- Proficiency in lead capacity planning and predictive pipeline analytics is a plus
- Able to evangelize marketing operations best practices through team training sessions
