Reporting to the Director of Marketing Events , the Event Coordinator is, above all, a project coordinator who understands logistics, marketing and communication . You are empowered to innovate through collaborative problem solving and process improvement. Experience in logistics, hospitality and/or event management required. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent real-world experience required.
Requirements:

• Coordinate ongoing logistics associated with trade shows, including but not limited to tradeshow registration for attendees, booking booth and/or meeting space, sponsorship deliverables, exhibition materials, audio visual needs, food and refreshments, happy hours and/or dinners, hotel accommodations and travel .
• Supporting webinar logistics by coordinating all preparation and deliv ery to ensure successful presentations .
• Coordinate ongoing logistics associated with training, including but not limited to booking venues in various cities, tracking participants and communicating event info, ensuring payment is received, food and refreshments, happy hours and/or dinners, hotel accommodations and travel
• Oversee all event equipment inventory and deployment for events
• Research venues, vendors and 3rd party sponsorships for event opportunities
• Own email communication calendar for tradeshow and training lead up - ensure email communications are calendarized and deadlines are met
• Support management of Enverus' master Tradeshow Schedule, ensuring that all deadlines and deliverables are met for each show
• Collaborate regularly with sales and marketing teams to ensure success of all upcoming deliverables and requirements per trade show
• Ensure proper formatting of trade show lead data for importation into CRM system and communicate timing for sales force follow up.
• Less than 15 % of travel required.
