Work closely with our Chief Business Officer, Head of Global Operations and Sales Leadership to be the single point of ownership of our Babylon Go-to-Market strategy ensuring it is realistic, clear, always up-to-date, and contains enough detail to provide direction for all functions across the business to know what they need to deliver in the short and long term.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

  • Facilitate strategy creation and review sessions with various owners to update the current GTM strategy or build new sections as needed
  • Monitor and embed the go-to-market strategy in all documentation, materials, processes, and targets across the GTM organization
  • Create compelling presentation materials along with marketing and Sales collateral owners that tell a story that makes the strategy easy to understand, buy-in, and align to at all levels of the organization
  • Ensure the strategy is front of mind in our communications, tooling, goals/targets, and processes across GTM by regularly auditing and being part of the formation review
  • Coach leaders on the messages and strategy components as a second set of eyes threading the pieces together.

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a consultative manner with Commercial, Marketing, Legal, Finance, People, Product, and Operational leaders at all levels
  • Commercial mindset and acumen, bringing high standards into the strategic discussions and decisions
  • Ability to combine great energy and entrepreneurship - be inquisitive and challenge the status quo
  • Confident, logical problem solving, able to come up with practical and creative solutions
  • Ability to prioritize and make decisions intelligently considering trade-off and ROI
  • Have strong first-hand knowledge and experience in major healthcare sectors:
  • Payors: Medicaid, Medicare, employer plansHealthcare provision: Hospital groups, primary care providers
  • Sectors closely linked to healthcare: insurance, pharma, retail
  • Proven experience thinking strategically and building winning, compelling strategies through the facilitation of owners and experts across a business
  • Experience with creating strategic materials and presentations
  • Big 4 style consultancy style would be relevant 
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into metrics that can be monitored and tracked to ensure delivery of outcomes as planned
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare market to be able to provide relevant feedback to the strategy build

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience working in healthcare technology, artificial intelligence software or other disruptive technology 
  • Relevant graduate qualification or its equivalent
