Position Summary

Wheel is seeking an Account Based Marketing Manager to drive pipeline generation for target accounts. This person will report directly to the Growth Lead, and will be responsible for developing strategy, launching and managing campaigns, and tracking success of all ABM and Demand Gen programs. 


The ideal candidate will be ready to take ownership of Wheel’s demand-side growth marketing campaigns, and grow inbound leads 4X over the next 12 months. This role will work cross-functionally with the sales organization, specifically the SDR team, to determine the journey from lead to MQL to SQL to Closed Won. 


This person will be expected to be the hands-on owner of all ABM and Demand Gen campaigns, including: set up, segmentation, journey building, intent scoring, engagement measurement, prospect grading, managing (not designing) the ad creative process, advertising campaigns, and media sponsorships. They’ll collaborate closely with the content and design team to develop campaign assets, and with the marketing operations team to track and report campaign performance.


Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a target account strategy to support growth initiatives

- Drive pipeline generation for high-value accounts utilizing ABM technology, such as Metadata.io and Drift chatbot

- Launch and manage advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, and other relevant ad channels

- Work closely with HealthTech media publications to run promoted content, webinars, and banner ads

- Proactively engage with the SDR teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities

- Track lead flow in Salesforce to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with prospects

- Develop data and insight strategy to build and maintain comprehensive account profiles and target personas

- Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes

- Report out campaign performance, make recommendations for campaign improvements, and share key learnings across the marketing organization


Qualifications

- 5+ years of multi-channel B2B marketing experience, with 2+ years of experience in Account Based Marketing

- Experience using ABM tools to build and manage B2B digital marketing campaigns to drive desired outcomes for high-value accounts

- Proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking

- Strong analytical skills with an eye for tactical detail

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Team player with the ability to work independently and autonomously

- Strong knowledge and experience in Salesforce and/or Drift highly preferred

- Strong understanding of pipeline metrics and measurement, and ability to communicate campaign performance across the marketing organization and cross-functional teams

- Proven track record of planning, executing, and delivering commercial goals through marketing campaigns
