Position Overview:
We have an exciting career opportunity to participate in driving our Kendra Scott marketing outreach on a national level! The Influencer & Social Marketing Lead is a member of the Marketing team and reports directly to the Social Media Manager, based in Austin, TX. The primary duty of this position is to drive national Influencer Marketing efforts and Brand Partnerships while and supporting Social team with influencer-focused communication to amplify content. The job mission will be to help develop strong relationships between partners and publishers with the Kendra Scott brand.
Responsibilities:
• Work with the Social Media Manager to develop strategies that drive quality web and store traffic, new customer acquisition and brand recognition at a corporate level
• Foster relationships with national and local Influencers, partners and philanthropic organizations; plan and execute memorable and impactful events that increase brand awareness and drive store traffic
• Identify trends and creative engagement opportunities within the Affiliate/Influencer marketing space to execute on a national level across our target audiences; Partner cross-functionally to share & amplify associated content on our Owned Corporate Marketing channels
• Support Kendra Scott Social Media channel with influencer integration
• Plan and partner with cross-functional teams in all markets to leverage Influencers to help drive in-store experiences and events; develop strategies to execute, report and amplify Influencer content across Home Office teams
• Support brand Influencer marketing event logistics
• Act as a liaison between publishers, brand partners and local event managers
• Plan, execute and report on Influencer and Partner marketing efforts
• Strong financial acumen and manages monthly and quarterly budgets to ensure ROI tracking is in place for efforts
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in the Public Relations, Marketing or Communications
• 5+ years’ experience in a related field or job function
• A proven ability to execute with consistent delivery
• A strong ability to build relationships and keep others informed
• Excellent networker and brand ambassador; ability to represent the Kendra Scott brand at all times
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to effectively and efficiently multi-task and triage competing priorities
• Proficiency in MS Suite; intermediate to advance proficiency with Excel, including the ability to use formulas, functions and pivot tables
• Basic understanding of statistics and online advertising metrics
• Familiarity with Influencer/Affiliate Marketing networks and the Affiliate Marketing landscape
• A growth mindset: desire to learn, grow and embrace new ideas
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
