Manager, Paid Search
Sprinklr is looking for a paid search leader to join a growing digital marketing team at a top-tier global software company. Focused on customer acquisition via paid search channels, this person will be responsible for developing and managing the full paid search program. Working cross-functionally with our content, web, and analytics teams, this person will own all paid search channels, strategy and reporting from end to end. This person will have strong interpersonal skills, thrive working in a fast-paced environment, and can balance critical thinking, creative ideation, with exceptional executional follow-through.


Job Responsibilities:
● Own a leads pipeline target that increases rapidly each quarter
● Lead full funnel paid search demand generation strategies for the Sprinklr suite of products
● Collaborate with paid social and programmatic teams to build cohesive cross-channel plans
● Perform keyword and audience research to support campaign strategy and growth
● Develop spend and performance forecasts
● Manage daily budgets against KPIs
● Work with the content and web teams to build out paid search landing pages for all stages of the customer journey
● Conduct in-depth analyses and deliver actionable insights that push the business forward
● Implement a test and learn process to improve efficiency and drive growth. Including, but not limited to ad copy, audiences, keywords, bid strategies, and landing pages
● Remain on the cutting edge of paid search strategies through research and networking

Minimum Requirements:
● +5 years of experience in Paid Search preferably in the enterprise software space
● Advanced knowledge of Google Ads or Search Ads 360, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics
● Expertise with audience research processes and tools such as Google keyword planner, SEMRush or AHREFs
● Advanced knowledge of web analytics software such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
● Strong data analytics and Microsoft Excel skills
● Experience with international Paid Search a plus
● Bachelor’s Degree in business or marketing preferred; MBA a plus
