Marketing Campaign Manager
You’ll help expand ESO’s positive impact on thousands of community health and safety organizations through multichannel, integrated, and data-driven marketing. You will lead initiatives that drive brand recognition and qualified leads for the sales team.
Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation you will be part of our Marketing team based in our Austin, Texas office.
What You’ll Be Doing - the day to day
You’ll be responsible for driving brand recognition, opportunities for the ESO sales team, and contributing to ESO’s fast growth.
· Project manage multi-channel campaigns and collateral production across multiple initiatives, ensuring communication across teams and timely delivery of materials and promotions.
· Collaborate with sales, marketing, and corporate communications to recommend content pieces develop effective and compelling messages.
· Execute the company’s account-based marketing strategy.
· Write and execute customer communication during acquisitions, product launches, product maintenance, and in support of live and virtual events.
· Identify gaps, manage hygiene, minimize decay, drive subscription, and develop growth strategies for database.
· Provide reports and analyses of campaign-specific KPIs.
· Take a data-driven test-and-learn approach to quickly iterate and optimize to drive the most traffic and leads; identify opportunities to scale the successes.
· Roll up your sleeves for needs we can’t even anticipate yet.

· Stellar written communication and project management skills
· Familiarity with and practical application of buyer’s journey
· Strong work ethic and positive, go-getter attitude
· Experience with email marketing and/or marketing automation platforms
· Ability to quickly take what you’ve learned and apply it in new situations
· Passionate about what you do, comfort in a fast-paced work environment and a desire to understand how your work impacts ESO’s success
Who You Are - the desirables
· Experience in public sector or community health and safety organizations
· Experience with Marketo, Salesforce.com, GoToWebinar and/or Asana
· 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
