Marketing Director, Emerging Markets

The Integrated Marketing & Planning team is looking for a Director of Marketing, Emerging Markets to define and deliver integrated marketing solutions that support our new lines of business (LOBs) - renting, selling, lending and new homes. In this role, you will operate as the primary liaison between LOB teams, marketing and other cross functional partners owning the development of integrated marketing programs that deliver against business & marketing objectives. This role will be critical to ensuring there is a cohesive strategy across best-in-class campaigns that span all marketing channels.
What you will work on:
- Integrated Marketing Strategy: Intake priorities from LOBs to develop and propose integrated marketing strategies and plans to support marketing needs. This includes authoring marketing briefs to address defined business goals, collaborating with cross-functional partners to gather necessary data & insights and inspiring marketing channel partners to deliver connected, differentiated work.
- Connecting the Dots: Partner with marketing team leads, category managers, product marketing leads, and other cross-functional teams ensuring a cohesive link between the marketing strategy, campaign themes, channel plans, messaging/creative, final execution and campaign reporting.
- Planning & Execution: Lead all calendar management, project planning, project management, communications, status meetings & reporting and creative briefing/delivery on key initiatives. As the single point of contact for LOB marketing, you will lead the charge to ensure that all marketing campaigns/programs are delivered as expected within established timeframes.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work in lock step with key stakeholders across the business (marketing, product, category teams, analytics, research, etc.) from start to finish to ensure marketing programs are driving intended outcomes delivering on business OKRs.
- Analysis & Reporting: Measure the impact of the work. Establish reporting tools to aggregate & communicate marketing OKRs and results per LOB. Determine cadence and audience to report results, findings and future opportunities.
- Emerging Market Expertise: Become an expert on Realtor.com’s emerging LOBs, products, target customers and marketing opportunities. Understand competitive landscape, trends and opportunities for Realtor.com to differentiate.
What you bring: - 7+ years diverse marketing experience for category leading brands driving business results through strong integration
- A strong familiarity of all paid, earned and owned marketing channels across B2C and B2B audiences
- Ability to lead by influence across cross functional teams and drive intended outcomes
- Experience working with creative teams to translate marketing strategies into actionable creative briefs and evaluate/provide feedback on creative assets
- Ability to meticulously prioritize & manage complex projects across multiple initiatives, channels, workstreams and deadlines
- Deep understanding of the “art” and “science” of marketing to drive data-informed decisions with compelling creative and storytelling
- A passion for real estate & marketing – modern day marketer
