What Your Days Will be Like:

  • You’ll spend most of your day handling emails within our email platform. This includes setting up, testing, and deploying emails.
  • You’ll interact with our Sales and Account Management teams to acquire vital email assets and approvals.
  • You’ll write queries to ensure we send the accurate email to the correct member.
  • You’ll supervise email deliverability and troubleshoot issues.

What You'll Be Working On: 

  • Lead large-scale CRM initiatives from development to execution by analyzing customer insights and trends.  
  • Collaborate with the product owners to accomplish shared KPIs on product utilization, match, retention, and more. This includes driving awareness and utilization of new products,​ optimizing existing communications, launching new communications​ and workflows.
  • Own and optimize more than 20+ existing lifecycle & behavioral campaigns through leading journeys, content, and continuous testing. This includes maintaining our CRM Journey Maps.
  • Develop and execute marketing  campaigns across all channels (email, push, SMS, in-app, site) to drive revenue by showcasing membership features and benefits. Build and own the end-to-end process for certain campaigns across email, site, and app with segmentation and relevant, dynamic content.
  • Partner with our CRM product professionals, business unit product managers, and engineers to get new customer behavior data from our core platform into our marketing automation system to drive more personalized campaigns.
  • Collaborate with brand designers and copywriters to deliver outstanding messaging to our customers that encourage action. This includes briefing new requests and working through feedback/finalizing deliverables.
  • Build reports on a recurring basis that help the team understand performance to goal.
  • Craft a robust A/B testing and experimentation roadmap that uncovers key insights about our customer segments and turn those findings into relevant KPI improvements.
  • Run email campaigns from request to deployment, to include buildout, QA, and execution to drive eligible members to fully register AND to drive registered users to visit/transact on the LifeCare and LifeMart platforms.
  • Code and edit emails for deployment, including subject line, copy, links, and images.
  • Build and maintain the LifeMart email schedule. Understand business rules including frequency, client rules, and merchant rules.
  • Create member segments using SQL ensuring that emails are sent to eligible members based on internal/external rules.
  • Handle email deliverability and troubleshoot issues if they arise.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • 6+ years of Lifecycle, CRM, or email marketing experience and end-to-end campaign management - from conception to execution and everything in between.
  • Background in customer acquisition, re-engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Track-record of success building and iterating customer workflows to drive business impact, with quantifiable results to prove it.
  • You thrive in an agile, test-and-learn environment, you’re curious and inquisitive by nature and can get up to speed with new marketing solutions if needed.
  • Strong project management background; experience collaborating across multiple departments to execute projects.
  • Ability to work quickly and independently while under deadline pressure and follow through on assignments.
  • Experience with reporting, A/B testing, targeting, and segmentation, and analytics.
  • Experience working within marketing automation software (Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) is preferred, Iterable nice to have) to build sophisticated targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of email deliverability standard methodologies.
  • Minimum 3 years of basic HTML knowledge, with ability to write, troubleshoot, and edit HTML.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced excel functions.
  • Ability to write SQL queries.
