Who we’re looking for: 

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a highly collaborative analytical thinker who develops creative solutions to operational challenges. We’re looking for an independent, motivated individual who is excited to roll up their sleeves and get things done.

What you'll do: 

  • Be the expert in systems and processes that support our marketing and sales functions, especially HubSpot
  • Build marketing and sales processes that drive informed decisions through reliable metrics
  • Roll out marketing campaigns; test and analyze workflows and lead generation; establish and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify tactics for improvement
  • Leverage your marketing automation expertise and demand generation strategies to generate qualified leads and drive ARR through the building, execution, and management of multi-channel programs
  • Identify and implement best practices in marketing and sales operations
  • Manage and optimize programs in Hubspot to capture leads and move them through the sales and marketing funnel
  • Ensure privacy compliance guidelines and policies globally such as GDPR
  • Own and execute automated Hubspot campaigns, workflows, and triggers
  • Segment and analyze prospect database to target campaigns
  • Build and update global programs to ensure that Hubspot is running effectively; this includes lead management processes, data normalization and other operational projects as needed
  • Maintenance of Hubspot marketing data and dashboards
  • Measurement and maintenance of lead scoring and routing
  • Ensure data capture and quality for use in other processes
  • Brainstorm, experiment, develop, and optimize successful email marketing strategies based on key metrics
  • Creation of required landing pages, email templates, workflows, and lists for regular marketing campaigns/activity
  • Liaising with customer success to define and execute customer email communications in coordination with marketing communications
  • Accountable for tracking and reporting on results from demand generation campaigns

Your background and skill set:

  • 5+ years experience with B2B marketing operations and automation
  • 3+ years of experience using HubSpot for marketing automation and Sales CRM
  • Proficient operational knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation technology
  • Technically-minded, passionate about process improvement and automation
  • Knowledge of and experienced implementing best practices in marketing operations and automation
  • Knowledge of best practices for email and landing page development
  • Commitment to staying up-to-date on digital marketing and marketing automation

Nice to have:

  • Experience with HTML/CSS
  • Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook ad campaign management
  • Experience managing campaigns aimed at developers and technical teams
  • Experience managing marketing and sales operations for SaaS products
