Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Interpret operations and sales data and provide dashboards and summary information to the leadership team
Process Improvement
- Oversee Salesforce or other systems data integrity
- Work with sales leaders to identity and expand Total Available Market (TAM) by specific trades and geos.
- Work with sales leaders to expand account penetration strategies through specific campaign strategies and contact points.
- Design and implement process improvements through our technology systems
- Monitor and use Salesforce to create utilization across sales teams
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Sales Operations and other departments to facilitate an open dialogue around business needs and expectations
Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze requests for proposals, company financials, reports news to and coordinate account-based research with sales teams.
- Collect, analyze and report on pipeline data
- Build persona profiles through research to support our sales team to find opportunities within our industry.
- Provide ad hoc reporting as needed
- Create and deliver presentations to sales leadership
Experience and Knowledge
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience on a B2B-focused marketing team
- 2 years’ experience managing a CRM system (Salesforce.com is strongly preferred)
- Exceptional writing skills with proven ability to generate research about specific accounts and topics
- Power user of a CRM
- Ability to think strategically, creatively, and opportunistically.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize issues.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to be highly creative, while leveraging data to make decisions
- A quick learner with a passion to become an expert in the markets served
Objectives:
What you’ll do:
- Build out customer profiles for specific accounts- educating and building our account profiles for specific targeting to our sales team.
- Supporting our marketing operations with analysis around our database and the performance of our database.
- Support marketing team members with insight based on research as well as specific accounts to target through digital marketing methods (such as PPC, email and print marketing campaigns)
