Job Category

We are looking for a Paid Social Media Analyst to provide support to the Paid Social team's optimization of online marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Designing campaigns centered around customer needs, writing ad copy, optimizing images and landing pages Interacting and trouble-shooting with marketing and engineering teams on various projects
• Performing competitive analysis and monitoring trends using paid social media tools and applications
• Building, managing, and optimizing campaigns across various platforms
• Reporting, optimizing, launching mobile campaigns across major trading platforms
• Experimenting with new and alternative ways to leverage paid social and display/native
• Working cross-functionally to drive and prioritize campaign launches across category verticals
• Tracking and analyzing performance on campaign launches
• Managing presence on social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter and other community sites, posting and responding to content on a daily basis
• Developing best practices on paid social and mobile media marketing strategies/campaigns

Experience 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. spreadsheet formatting, pivot tables, graphs)
• Excellent analytical skills combined with the ability to translate findings into strategic implications
• 0-1 years of work experience in paid social media Experience in acquisition marketing with ROI, CPA, and other cost goals
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interest in paid social and writing ad copy
• Sound initiative skills, a sense of urgency, and a “can do” attitude; enthusiasm for challenges and strong work ethic
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience with social media campaigns a strong plus
