The Partner Marketing and Account Manager is a high impact member of the Technology Partnerships Team at AffiniPay. This team is focused on driving growth through our 3rd party software partner channel. You will be directly responsible for developing a scalable approach to adding users through these partnerships by implementing marketing campaigns and sales enablement programs that reflect the value of AffiniPay's solutions (LawPay, CPACharge, AffiniPay for Associations and DesignPay) in your assigned accounts.
In this role, you will work directly with marketing, business development, and sales on identifying opportunities for marketing activities, new sales tactics and tools, and other brand advocacy programs that drive results. Ideal candidates will have the ability to drive marketing strategy coupled with a willingness to roll up their sleeves and execute the tactics. Success in this position requires consultative sales and marketing abilities, client service skills, a willingness to experiment, the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment, and a passion for helping others achieve results.
Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated account management to strategic partners
- Develop and implement programs to improve adoption
- Consult and coach partners to achieve greater results
- Confidently add value to relationships with strategic partners and execute marketing in support of shared business goals
- Consistently collaborate with partners to drive efficiencies across teams and take partner results to new levels.
- Prioritize and execute against marketing and growth strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve service issues in a timely manner.
- Define clear, measurable success metrics for each partner program investment.
- Ensure content and supporting material is available for partners to drive improved performance.
- Act as the primary client contact across multiple accounts
- Understands the client's goals and be responsible for the profitability of multiple accounts
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, or business administration preferred
- Five to seven years of experience in a B2B marketing or account management role
- Deadline and target driven, effective planner
- Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment
- Experience in negotiating, influencing and presenting at a management level
- Strong project, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Possible travel 20% of time
- Prior experience working with channel partners a plus
