As Sales & Marketing Coordinator at Yonder, you’ll lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns that help fuel sales growth. You’ll develop content that spans across various digital channels, you’ll use marketing automation tools to get that content out to the world, and you’ll use data to optimize our efforts and increase conversion rates. At this early stage startup, you’ll be empowered to make decisions about which channels work best to help reach our audience, and when to swap one word for another more compelling word that could help us increase conversion rates.

Yonder is an information integrity company on a mission to bring authenticity to the Internet. We use artificial intelligence and machine learning to help brands identify the groups that drive online conversations. Our technology helps brands unlock the hidden map of the Internet.

Most of our team is based in Austin, TX, but we are remote-first and encourage candidates in other areas to apply. Interviews for this role will be conducted remotely over video during Covid-19, for the safety of our employees and candidates.

What you’ll do:

  • Help coordinate and execute each marketing project, demonstrating leadership and ownership throughout the entire life cycle of the project.
  • Build and manage marketing campaign calendars to make sure we hit external and internal deadlines.
  • Write clear, attractive copy that resonates with target audiences and sells/converts.
  • Know our database and build contact lists for better segmentation and personalization.
  • Use Hubspot to build out automation that nurtures prospects and turns them into opportunities.
  • Learn to interpret marketing performance data in order to make recommendations to increase content reach and effectiveness across each channel.
  • Report on campaign results and impact on goals.
  • Troubleshoot as needed.
  • Attend daily and weekly marketing and sales calls.

What you have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications.
  • 2 years experience in a B2B marketing, communication, sales or advertising role, preferably for a SaaS product.
  • Knowledge of Hubspot and WordPress or other marketing and content tools.
  • Copywriting experience or other proof of strong writing and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design tools.

  • Like data and you’re a little obsessed about what it tells you about what’s working and how we could improve.
  • Love researching new tools and trends in marketing — and you like to experiment!
  • Have LOTS of attention to detail.
  • Can just easily write a tweet as you can write an email or blog post.
  • Are comfortable with presenting your ideas and taking critical feedback.
  • Have amazing project management skills with the ability to always be thinking ahead.
  • Are not afraid to ask questions and willing to think of solutions.
  • Enjoy staying on top of conversations that are trending online so that we can find opportunities to connect with brands when they need us most.
