We are looking for a strategic marketer to help contribute to our impressive growth within our partner ecosystem. As the Sr. Partner Marketing Manager, you will build the strategy and own the execution of the integrated marketing plans for our strategic partnerships, from collaborating on strategy with partner contacts, to coordinating with our content, digital and demand generation teams all the way to running the tactics. You will be accountable for brand awareness and pipeline generation through our partner channels, ensuring we provide quality leads to the sales team and generate growth for our partners. You’ll bring a spirit of data-driven accountability to the role, constantly looking for ways to improve the client experience through testing and piloting new initiatives. This role is very collaborative with our channel, web, events, associations, partnerships, operations, and creative teams.
Your day to day:
- Increase brand awareness within our partners’ user base and generate leads through ongoing and quarterly partner marketing activity to achieve company targets
- Collaborate with partners and partner account managers to help grow AffiniPay’s user base, in the relevant brands
- Collaborate with internal brand managers and sales to fully understand customer segmentations and lifecycle attribution metrics to craft marketing campaigns and messaging through partner channels
- Manage all relevant partner campaigns in collaboration with strategic partners, partner account managers, sales representatives, and various marketing channel and brand/product owners, from beginning to end ensuring they meet sales & partner objectives across our various routes to market
- Test and pilot new tactics to continually improve effectiveness
- Possess strong communication (verbal and written) skills to present high-quality presentations both internally and externally including hosting customer in-person and virtual events
- Work with internal & partner sales teams to identify and deliver sales enablement
- Interpret campaign results to organization, and optimize results to replicate successes across partner programs
- Field partner requests and identifying new opportunities for partner collaboration and growth
- Support partner portfolio expansion and enable the partner program to scale. You will report to the VP of Affinity Programs on the Marketing team.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ of professional marketing experience of which 2+ years of experience in a strategic partnership or alliance environment is desired
- Strong project management skills with experience using project management tools such as Wrike
- Strong writing and editing skills, able to ideate and execute on collaborative content marketing projects
- Proven track record to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate with the executive team
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, especially shared services that don’t have direct reporting structure
- Ability to travel for industry and partner conferences and events
- This position will be a hybrid remote/in office role, and must be local to Austin
