Healthline Media is looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to lead the day to day operations of Healthline’s social channels in pursuit of our strategic Audience Development goals. This is a senior role, and requires a strong mix of strategic and creative thinking; as well as operational know-how. In addition to leading organic channels, this role is heavily involved in the ideation and development of branded content opportunities and sold programs. The Sr. Social Media Manager leads a team of two, and reports into the Director of Social Media.

About You

As our day to day social leader, you will help support the efforts of scaling Healthline Media’s social channels across multiple social platforms and brands. You are relentlessly audience-centric, and love to drive engagement through content that audiences love. You live and breathe social media, understand the nuances between channels, and are tapped into the cultural zeitgeist. You’re comfortable with social media analytics and are well-versed at spotting trends within the data. You are both a thinker and a creator - able to take an idea from concept to deliverable with minimal guidance. You’re excited about the ever evolving nature of social media and you love to experiment with new formats, voices, and products.  

What You'll Do:

• Operational lead of Healthline’s marquee social channels including content development, calendar management, scheduling and data reporting
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop branded content and revenue driving campaigns from ideation to execution
• Develop and evolve our brand voice on social, and build a community through a robust on/off channel moderation strategy
• Participate in cross-functional brainstorm meetings and help drive social as a strategic lever for brand building
• Partner with cross-functional channel leads to concept and execute multichannel campaigns with medical experts, influencers, and brand partners

What We're Looking For:

• Comfortable navigating the ins and outs of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and TikTok
• Content Creation experience with Photoshop, Canva, Premiere, or similar content software 
• Experience with creating native social first video content for Instagram and TikTok
• Performance driven; constantly open to testing to identify social growth opportunities
• Ability to internalize and convey brand-appropriate tone and voice in writing
• Analytical skills that allow you to develop data-driven insights and solutions
• Adept at working cross-functionally with other teams
• Self-starter who is ready to take initiative and dive right in
• Stellar organizational and time management skills with impeccable attention to detail
• Comfortable working directly with large clients and navigating client relationships
• At least 5 years of experience leading social programs or branded content programs at a large agency, publisher, or brand
• A strong interest in health and wellness content

Pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

• Starting Salary: $90,000 - $110,000*
