The B2B marketing organization that supports SMB, enterprise, and strategic sales is growing, and we're in search of a Sr. Marketing Operations Associate to support our strategic marketing goals.

This role will be an integral member of our fast-paced and high-performing marketing team to help us operate efficiently. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual who thrives when creating and following process-driven tasks. Will support the growth marketing team, help handle 3rd party vendors, triage inbound creative requests, budget management, and accruals, and run reports as well as manage lead lists across B2B marketing platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Tableau.

What You’ll Do:

  • Project management and help execute acquisition and account-based marketing campaigns including email, direct mail, conference, advertising and sales enablement (requires support with copywriting).
  • Manage campaign calendars and help with project deadlines.
  • Support reporting needs for acquisition campaigns via Tableau, Hubspot, Loopio, and Salesforce by exporting data, analyzing performance and updating tracking templates, and helping with campaign execution.
  • Run budget tracker, accruals (partner with marketing leadership and finance to supervise quarterly spend and budget), and new vendor procurement processes (contracting, renewal, and onboarding process of vendors and contractors) for design, web development, and performance marketing services. Assist with implementation of new marketing technologies and improve processes
  • Brief, triage, and review creative requests for email, sales enablement, and field marketing materials.
  • Identify and resolve gaps in marketing operations processes and scale processes to enable internal and external operations efficiencies where needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors' degree or proven experience
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or project management
  • Deep understanding of Office products, specifically excel and PowerPoint
  • Analytical and data-driven with knowledge of data management best practices
  • Experience with CRM tools Salesforce, HubSpot, and Iterable a plus
  • Ability to prioritize, manage time and juggle multiple projects at one time
  • Ability to remain agile in a changing and fast-paced environment
  • Possess a sense of urgency and strong work ethic
