What You’ll Do on a Daily Basis

• Collaborate with engineers to learn about Shopgate technology
• Write and edit technical content, including conceptual help and API reference documentation
• Collaborate with product owners and other documentation stakeholders
• Test documentation to ensure accuracy
• Contribute to the Shopgate documentation style guide
• Evaluate documentation and recommend improvements

• 3 years technical writing experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
