What Your Days Will be Like:

  • This position will work closely with the GM of Consumer & Enterprise, GM of Supply & Operations, the SVP of Sales, and the CMO to build premier marketing programs in order to drive the growth of our B2B business, Care@Work. You have a consistent track record to execute B2B marketing strategy in a competitive sector. Experience in building a brand and crafting go-to-market positioning is critical. This person will coordinate all aspects of B2B marketing including campaign strategy, digital and offline performance marketing lead generation, sales enablement and support, client success, and end-user engagement. This is a senior position in a critical area of business growth for Care.com

What You'll Be Working On: 

  • Launch and lead large-scale campaigns to drive brand awareness and high-quality leads for sales team.
  • Measure ROI on all channels and campaigns to drive efficiency at scale.
  • Optimize and cultivate leads using Hubspot and other multi-touch campaign strategies
  • Partner closely with Sales to build a compelling pitch and supporting sales materials to increase success rate of conversion from lead to client.
  • Work with account managers to build strategies and materials to drive client success, from launch through renewal, focused on increasing enrollments and utilizations at scale, and developing creative solutions to add value and increase retention. 
  • Success metrics include:  Marketing qualified leads, enrollment %, and utilization %
  • Ideal candidate will have experience in B2B, ideally B2B2C sales and is comfortable in a start-up type environment where they are driving the product / value prop / positioning. Should have a quantitative approach and ability to be successful in a cross-functional / matrixed organization
  • This person will lead a team of 5-10 marketers and work cross-functionally with creative, CRM, and product to achieve their goals.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • 15+ years of B2B marketing, with experience in at least one high-growth environment and with unifying brands following acquisition within a tech or SaaS industry 
  • Strong past experience in concepting product marketing and brand strategies for hyper growth companies 
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple partners and maintain a strong point of view
  • Strong creative and brand sense, ability to work with agencies or internal teams to build and deliver outstanding sales materials that are on brand, on budget and on time
  • Expertise in pricing and packaging of enterprise products (product marketing)
  • Highly analytical and quantitative, managed digital marketing budgets on platforms including but not limited to SEM, Social, etc.
  • Ability to quickly test and learn on key hypotheses, optimize campaigns based on ROI (CAC to LTV performance)
  • Preferred experience with key tools SalesForce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.
