What You'll Do
You'll be responsible for the optimization of the SecureLink website to expedite the buyer's journey and continuously improve the quality and quantity of inbound leads. You'll oversee the maintenance and optimization of the website, with a focus on driving organic search results and website conversions.
As a member of a small, fast moving and data-driven team you'll have complete control over your results and the opportunity to make a difference starting on day one. Based in Austin, this role reports to the Director of Demand Generation.
About the role:
- Ownership of the website and website strategy. You'll own the SecureLink web property, from building new pages to maintenance and continuous optimization. You'll develop an ongoing strategy to increase web traffic and on-page conversion rates (CRO).
- UX optimization. You'll drive improvements to the overall website experience, from domain score to site speed and mobile usability. You'll work closely with the rest of the marketing team to build and optimize microsites and landing pages for integrated campaigns.
- Data-driven and analytical. You'll develop and implement a proofing process to eliminate site errors and optimize for conversion. You'll build and present reports on SEO, website traffic, and inbound lead acquisition.
- SEO best practices. You'll be responsible for implementing a keyword strategy consistent with SEO goals. This will include keyword research, keyword mapping and content optimization for high rankings.
- Continuous improvements. You understand that the site is our most important marketing tool and you know that your work is never "done." You'll be constantly testing, reviewing and reporting on results.
- Team orientation. You'll collaborate and work closely with the rest of the marketing team and extended growth team. You'll be a key contributor to overall marketing strategy.
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of experience with website management, integrated digital media and marketing platforms
- Expertise in SEO, CRO and UX best practices, with the ability to own the entire website
- A deep understanding of digital analytics and ability to put action to insights
- Expertise in B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales processes
- Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, Google Webmaster Tools and Wordpress
- Proficient in Marketo and Salesforce; experience with Tableau and Demandbase is a plus
- Demonstrated experience with implementing digital marketing initiatives that will scale to support the requirements of a growing organization
