What we’re looking for:
Sips by is seeking a high-performing Head of Operations to drive our supply chain, fulfillment operations, and customer support. We’re looking for an energetic and ambitious professional who will lead a critical area of our company, working closely with the Co-founders and across the team to execute their areas of the business with efficiency and excellence. The right candidate will hold a high level of integrity and thrive in fast-paced, fast-growth collaborative environments with the goal of nurturing and developing internal and external relationships that serve operational efficiency and excellence.

What you'll bring to the table

• You have built fulfillment teams and operations to scale
• You have managed budgets with expert knowledge of data analytics and reporting
• You're good with numbers and financial planning and able to make projections three years into the future
• You have a proven ability of defining operational need and managing implementation of IT / ERP / Inventory systems
• You're an exceptional leader with demonstrated success of building and leading large teams in high growth environments
• You thrive in ambiguity; navigate the grey well while making sound decisions with a "make things happen" attitude 
• You're exceptional at developing and motivating people

What you need

• Bachelor's degree
• 15+ years of relevant, operations-oriented work experience 
• 5+ years of proven experience as Head of Operations, Operations Director or similar leadership role in a direct-to-consumer warehouse fulfillment environment
• Experience with co-packing and kitting management
• Experiencing managing D2C and Wholesale fulfillment operations necessary
• Experience with a subscription-based fulfillment operation a plus
• Experience with warehousing, distributing, and co-packing tea a plus
