Customer Operations Specialist at Arrive Logistics
In this role, you will:
- Build loads in our system and ensure each load is scheduled with pickup and delivery locations.
- Quote freight for our customers and capitalize on opportunities to grow each account.
- Handle customer-facing communication and apply creative and time-sensitive solutions to problems that occur during transit.
- Communicate internally with our Carrier Sales team to ensure all parties stay informed.
- Act as the intermediary between our Accounts Receivable team and your customers.
- Use extensive knowledge to maintain each customer’s TMS portal.
- Contribute to other customer sales projects and initiatives as needed.
The ideal candidate is/has:
- A bachelor's degree, preferred.
- 6+ months of experience in Customer Sales at a third party logistics company.
- Passion for quality customer service.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize time-sensitive issues.
- Proactive problem solver who brings creative solutions to the table.
- Detail-oriented and thorough when presenting information.
- Organized when it comes to time management and deadlines.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
