We’re a small business on paper (around 35 people and ~$5MM in revenue), but with a big impact. We punch above our weight. 

Since our inception in 2011 we’ve made a name for ourselves as the top resource for conversion optimization expertise. We started out as an agency, and launched CXL Institute in 2016. Our agency arm in the best shape ever, working with exciting brands to help them scale growth. In just 3 short years CXL Institute has built a reputation as the destination for data-driven marketing training. We run 2 world class conferences each year - CXL Live and Elite Camp. 

We’re self-funded, profitable, and have been growing every single year around 40%-50%. We deliver known quality, and have a strong brand. There are a lot of fans out there. 


THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly organized person to make sure our company functions as efficiently as possible. This is very important role; the EA takes care of administrative and other duties, freeing the CEO to focus on managing the organization. 

You will perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level managers. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills, and be able to act without guidance.

Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.  

This role reports directly to the CEO.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Directly assisting the CEO with various responsibilities like meetings, scheduling, email replies, social media connections, travel etc
- Managing payroll in Gusto, adding reimbursements, commissions
- Office management: ordering supplies, taking care of plants, managing cleaners etc
- Event management: planning company events, assisting with conference organization
- Taking care of government bureaucracy, compliance issues
- Taking notes of company wide meetings, posting summaries to everyone
- Handling issues related to office equipment, furniture
- Coordinating travel
- Scheduling and managing calendars
- Creating reports
- Paying invoices
- Taking care of ad hoc issues, like shipping, printing, ordering stuff for the office etc. 

We don’t overwork people, it’s a 40 hour work week. This is an in-office position, based in Austin, TX.
