We’re looking for bright and energetic Fulfillment Associates to assist with our production needs! The Fulfillment Associate will be a part of our lively tea-packing TEAm to send customized tea selections to our customers. We’re looking for someone who works well on a team and will uphold our high level of care throughout the fulfillment process. The position includes on-the-job training and consists of sorting and packing tea within a variety of combinations.

Job-type: Contract, part-time & full-time, hours of operation Monday-Friday 830AM-500 PM

What you’ll do:

• Pick-and-pack fulfillment of orders
• Help with unloading and organizing inventory
• Support as flex labor for box-folding, pick/pack, quality control, and staging for delivery
• Achieve performance goals and objectives in the areas of productivity and accuracy
• Understand and follow all safety procedures
• Keep workspace clean and tidy
• Work in a team environment to accomplish daily goals
• Proactively problem solve and create solutions that supports quality and production efficiencies
• Any other tasks needed as our thriving business grows!

What you’ll bring:

• 1-2 years of solid work history
• High-school Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Enjoyment of a fast-paced environment
• Ability to pay close attention to detail with efficiency, accuracy and precision
• Takes initiative, does not need constant direction
• Dependable, on-time and excellent attendance
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Innovative thinker

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift, stack, and carry up to 30 pound boxes
• Must be able to ascend/descend stairs
• Must be able to stand for 8-10+ hours at a time

Position is Contract and has potential of becoming Full-Time with good performance and attendance.
