About The Role:
UpEquity is a new type of mortgage lender that empowers buyers to win in the most competitive markets. As an IT Support Analyst , you will work with and administer best-of-breed SaaS tools in our cloud-first environment. We will look to you to drive innovative ways to bring a delightful experience and to accelerate our productivity for our mission- and culture-driven employees.
You Will:

  • Provide excellent end user support
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Work with outside vendors as needed
  • Document issue resolution using the help desk ticketing system
  • Set up, maintain and troubleshoot Windows and MacOS laptops
  • Set up, maintain and troubleshoot other peripheral devices such as printers/scanners, A/V, monitors, docking stations, etc.
  • Maintain excellent communication with all end users and other members of the technology department


About you:

  • Eager to learn, help people, and solve problems

  • Able to develop and maintain technical documentation
  • A reliable team player with a "no job too small" attitude
  • Humble and unafraid to ask questions and admit mistakes
  • Interested in learning about new technologies; hardware or software

  • Flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities when asked


You have:

  • Degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science
  • Great organizational skills
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Windows and MacOS knowledge
  • A strong dedication to customer service
  • A self-starter, self-motivated, and positive attitude
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, customer service skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing, collaborative team environment


Nice to Have:

  • MSP experience
  • Okta experience
  • AWS experience
  • Mobile Device Management experience
  • Configuring network modems, switches, and routers experience

Important Details:

  • You must reside in Austin or be willing to self-relocate
  • You must be willing to work 100% in the office
  • May require to work after hours due to network maintenance and projects

Our office is located by many local restaurants and brewery's. We are easily accessible to highway 71/IH 35 just west of Austin Bergstrom International airport.
