IT Support Analyst

As an IT Support Analyst , you will work with and administer best-of-breed SaaS tools in our cloud-first environment. We will look to you to drive innovative ways to bring a delightful experience and to accelerate our productivity for our mission- and culture-driven employees.
You Will:
- Provide excellent end user support
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work with outside vendors as needed
- Document issue resolution using the help desk ticketing system
- Set up, maintain and troubleshoot Windows and MacOS laptops
- Set up, maintain and troubleshoot other peripheral devices such as printers/scanners, A/V, monitors, docking stations, etc.
- Maintain excellent communication with all end users and other members of the technology department

You have:
- Degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science
- Great organizational skills
- Basic networking knowledge
- Windows and MacOS knowledge
- A strong dedication to customer service
- A self-starter, self-motivated, and positive attitude
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, customer service skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing, collaborative team environment
Nice to Have:
- MSP experience
- Okta experience
- AWS experience
- Mobile Device Management experience
- Configuring network modems, switches, and routers experience

Important Details:
- You must reside in Austin or be willing to self-relocate
- You must be willing to work 100% in the office
- May require to work after hours due to network maintenance and projects
