We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team here at Civitas Learning to support internal clients.
What you will do as an IT Support Specialist

 Desktop Support

  • Provide timely responses and solutions for both hardware and software needs to employees.
  • Maintain consistent and up to date OS and hardware configurations for new workstation deployment. Oversee upgrades for hardware/software currently in use.
  • Research and plan configuration standards that support corporate policy and compliance audits.
  • Provide end-user training on company IT best practices.

Network Support

  • Manage Meraki wireless network for multiple domestic and international corporate offices.
  • Manage network authentication and IP networking architecture.
  • Collaborate with internal DevOps team to manage user and inter-office VPN solutions.

Application Support

  • Oversee vendor relationships for cloud-based third party solutions.

Teleconferencing Support

  • Support cloud-based teleconferencing solution for remote employees as well as corporate office.

User Management

  • Manage and support SAML based SSO solution for employees, contractors and vendors.
  • Participate in monthly account audits.
  • Participate in annual compliance audits.
